Please note:

No Smoking: no smoking inside the flat.

No Party: Parties are not allowed inside the flat.

Arrivals and Departures: Time of arrival and departure must be communicated and agreed in advance.The arrival time with free check-in included in the price is between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. Self check-in available.

Delays: if guest are very late following previously agreed time of arrival, we can't guarantee the presence of someone for the check-in. Contact us immediately

Cleaning: Before leaving guests must leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and the hob.

Extra Costs: The rental price does not include city tax too. City tax must be paid for the first 4 night of stay. The City Tax for this apartment amounts to € 1,50 per night/person.

Arrival Procedure: At the arrival - or before arrival in case of self check-in - all guests shall provide a valid ID to allow us to complete the check-in and shall sign a rental agreement and give the consent to personal data treatment as required by Italian law.

Condo rules: All the rules of the condo must be observed. It is forbidden to bother other residents. Loud noises are not allowed between 1:00 and 3:00 pm and between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (see urban police regulation).

Towels, bed linen and toiletries are included in the price.
