Casa Sciuti is a property used for tourist use, located in one of the main and most elegant streets of Palermo.

Casa Sciuti was born from the idea of offering our guests a temporary, comfortable and very clean accommodation. Our Property, thanks to its particular strategic position (just halfway between the splendid beach of Mondello and the city center of Palermo), is ideal for those who want to stop for work, leisure or to explore Palermo and its surroundings.

The Neighbourhood

Casa Sciuti is the ideal place to see Palermo in all its beauty.
This bustling neighbourhood boasts shops, restaurants, wine bars, pubs, supermarkets and grocery stores, banks and cash machines, pharmacies, and newsagents.
There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. The 704 bus passes every 15 minutes and will take you to the city centre.
Notarbartolo station is located about 800 metres from Casa Sciuti. Here you can take a train to all areas of the city, or to Falcone e Borsellino airport.
If you would rather see the city without relying on public transport, car and bike sharing/hiring services can be found in the nearby Piazza Don Bosco, only 700 metres from the apartment.
Palermo boasts two beautiful beaches at Mondello and Sferracavallo, both of which are easily accessible by public transport, car, or bike.
The apartment is just 600 meters from the A29 motorway.
